P. Catalina Reyes
Catalina is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern in the state of Florida. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University, a Bachelor’s of Music in Music Therapy and Minor in psychology from Berklee College of Music. She is currently working towards full licensure with NeuMind Wellness Group.
Catalina has over 10 years of experience working as a Board Certified Music Therapist in settings such as pediatric and adult hospitals, hospice, ALFs, education centers for adults and children with special needs as well as substance abuse centers in multiple states providing services to individuals facing challenges including anxiety, anger, depression, low self-esteem, and more. She is also an active missionary with experience in providing Christian counseling and spiritual support to people in Asia, Africa and Latin America. Catalina is bilingual Spanish/English.
Catalina works via an integrative approach including Cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and a person-centered approach. Catalina is passionate about working with individuals, couples and families from diverse cultures and walks in life to empower them, help them become the best version of themselves as well as to improve and maintain mental and spiritual wellness.
