Laisa Cruz Santiago

Laisa is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Phychological Counseling from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, Metropolitan Campus. She also carries a Bachelor of Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico.  

Laisa has worked as a therapist with adolescents and adults, as well as providing crisis intervention to individuals of all ages. Laisa has worked in schools, psychiatric inpatient facilities, residential facilities, legal systems, and other community settings. She is currently working towards licensure in the state of Florida with NeuMind Wellness Group. Laisa strongly believes in giving the individual tools to reach their full potential. She has worked with issues including but not limited to substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, learning challenges, and interpersonal problems. She provides services in English and Spanish. Laisa is dedicated to helping people heal in a space of empathy, understanding, and compassion.
