Dr. Lauren M. Ramirez

Dr. Ramirez is Co-Founder and CEO of NeuMind Wellness Group. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. She holds an earned Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology and Counseling, a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Master of Theology from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Dr. Ramirez’s past work experience includes counseling at Celebration Hope Center in New Orleans post-Katrina, helping with the launch of a counseling program in a local Orlando homeless shelter, and working as a therapist with children, families and individuals. She enjoys working with people from all walks of life.

Her counseling style is person centered and integrative. She has a passion to serve individuals and families and walk alongside them in their journey of healing and recovery.

She has also served as an adjunct professor at Liberty University since 2014. She teaches both at the master and doctoral level.

Dr. Ramirez has been featured twice in the American Association of Christian Counselors and the Biblical Counseling and Spiritual Formation Network’s Journal Transformation.
